Super impressed with this pan. Beautifully made and easily better than our Hex Clads which was somewhat surprising. Plan to buy more.
The pans are great. However when I first ordered the pans on a black Friday discount they were never delivered. Due to my ongoing inquiries of non delivery (for two months) I opted for a refund.
I then ordered at full price and the pans were delivered within 5 days.
What would be ethical is that you honoured the original discounted price.
This bread knife is a big improvement over the one I was using. Slicing large round sourdough loaves is really changing. This knife does a good job. The bottom crust is still a bit tough but still WAY better.
Looking for a quality ceramic fry pan, not manufactured in the USA. This is a good choice. Excellent quality.
FABULOUS beautiful pans that look sexy on my stove and are so easy to clean. Makes cooking so much fun! Love the look, the feel and the color. Awesome pans!
I am very disappointed with the Kilne service team. I placed an order for this item in Dec 2025 and have both emailed and called over 5 times to request an update on when I can expect my order to be shipped (as it says on the website to expect item to be shipped within 7 days), with no response. It is not an emergency to receive but it is very frustrating to not be able to get communication around what is going on with this order. I will never be ordering from this company in the future.
I mistakenly clicked the wrong button with the knife set after I purposely purchased the pan/ lid. I immediately sent an email to say that I wanted the order for the knife set cancelled and received a message saying that I would receive an email about the cancellation of the knife set in the next few days! I am
In the meantime, I have been sent the pan/lid set which I did order and the knife set which I mistakenly purchased with one wrong click and could not delete AND I have been billed and OAID FOR BOTH!
I am still waiting for you to correct this error.
The pan/lid is a gift for my husband’s Birthday BUT I DO NOT WANT THE KNIFE SET!
Please correct this for me as I need to be reimbursed for that sum I was charged and cannot afford both items.

My terrible shipping story:
Ordered pan set and wooden utensils January 05. No further info from Kilne re my shipping. After 20 day waiting and no shipping info and no
product, emailed Kilne and received Kilne. Received apology and received my pan set. However, my wooden utensils still missing. E-mailed Kilne once again
on Feb.04 and received email from Kilne on Feb 8 stating my wooden utensils were shipped 19 days ago but I did not receive them until Feb. 21. It certainly makes me hesitate about making further purchases or referring to friends.

The Mystery Box The mystery box was so great I bought 2!
I ordered one of the collections they put together on sale and ended up missing one of the pans all together that was supposed to be included. They did send it almost as soon as I contacted the company which was nice but it’s a bit annoying to have to do that. They were a gift for my wife and I had to give her an incomplete set. Yes it was rectified, but not offered anything for the mistake outside of an apology 🤷♂️
I've been on the hunt for new pans for years now and wanted to move away from Teflon. I stumbled upon an article about Kilne and looked into their products. I decided that I would splurge and hope these pans lived up to their many positive reviews. Apart from the very eye catching colours, these pans have been great! They have a nice weight to them, heat seems to distribute evenly on my gas range, and they really are non-stick. Nothing beats being able to flip an egg or pancake without a spatula! It's been about a month and so far, but we're very happy! I definitely recommend these pans if you're in the market for a non-stick pan.

Compact with a solid handle, excellent results with knives still sharp and ones that need the full treatment.
I’ve never been more careful with a pan in my life and the non stick still wore off both pans in 1 year. I’m so disappointed to have spent this much money for this to happen. Do not recommend
Love the pans but was very disappointed that I didn’t receive the two trivets I ordered.
I ordered in December and have yet to receive all of my order after multiple mixups. I receive prompt responses that they will check with the warehouse when I follow up but then am left waiting with no information.
