Following the 30-day trial, each Kilne product is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials, craftsmanship, or construction, provided it has been used in a home setting and cared for according to our instructions. Our limited warranty offers lifetime coverage for knives, tableware, and wood products, and a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase for our ceramic cookware.

Should your product require warranty service, please contact us at hello@kilne.com to begin a warranty evaluation. Items submitted under a warranty claim may be requested for return so our team can complete an inspection; if so, return shipping will be covered at no cost to you. Once a claim is approved, Kilne will provide a replacement product at no additional charge. If the original item is no longer available, Kilne may supply a comparable replacement of equal or greater value—selected at Kilne’s discretion—which may include reconditioned, refurbished, or repaired products or parts. All replacement items will perform to the same standard as the original and will remain covered for the balance of the original warranty period. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty replacements, and replacement products do not carry a new warranty term.

Kilne’s limited warranty extends to the original purchaser or to a recipient who received the product as a gift and can provide valid proof of purchase. The warranty is applicable only within Canada and the United States and covers products purchased through kilne.com or an authorized Kilne retailer. The warranty is not transferable, and any resale of the product will void the warranty.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • - Normal wear and tear, including aesthetic preferences and colour changes on the interior or exterior of the pan.

  • - Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, or any commercial, professional, or workplace use.

  • - Damage arising from failure to follow use and care instructions, including thermal shock or dropping the product.

  • - For the non-stick coating: deterioration, discoloration, warping, or separation from metal due to prolonged high heat

  • - Scratches and minor chips to the interior or exterior surfaces due to improper storage, handling, or the use of metal utensils.

  • - Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or products, including dishwasher use, abrasive sponges, steel wool, scouring pads, bleach, or other harsh cleaners.

  • - Accidental damage caused by fire, flooding, or other natural events.

  • - Mystery Box items.
