With it's even and efficient heat distribution, Kilne cookware performs optimally at low-to-medium heat levels on the stovetop.
To preserve the patented non-stick coating, we recommend using natural ingredients such as butter or oil to grease the surface of Kilne cookware before cooking.
To keep your cookware in tip-top shape, stick to silicon or wood utensils.
Use oven mitts or a tea towel when handling as cookware handles and lids can get hot with prolonged stovetop use.
Easy-clean: for best results, hand wash once the pan has fully cooled. Use gentle cleaners and soft bristle brushes for cleaning.
Store mindfully: hang on the wall, a pot rack, or stack carefully with other cookware, separated using a soft cloth material.

Unfortunately they do not work on my Viking 6 burner induction

Excellent pan, cooks evenly, cleans very well

We had always used stainless steel pans but just could never get the hang of stuff not sticking. Use a bit of oil on this ceramic pan and it doesn't stick and cleans very easily. They are not inexpensive but you'll never need to buy another one.

Beware, you will never receive your items

I see I am not the only one who has had issues receiving their order. If you click on the 1-star reviews, you will notice that a few people mention that they have not received their order and are unable to get in touch with Kilne. My order (which cost over 700$) was placed 12 business days ago and it has not been shipped. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and was ordered on Black Friday, giving them ample time to ship my order before the holidays. I emailed them to get an update. I was surprised when one of their employees reached out to me and said she was going to get in touch with the warehouse. This was 1 week ago. I have yet heard back.

Their website states the following "Holiday Delivery Times: Orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days during the holiday season, but may take up to 7 business days during peak order periods".

I can assure you that is a false statement.

They list a phone number on their website, but when you call, no one is available to take your call. I am shocked and tremendously disappointed by their lack of professionalism. This was my first and last time ordering from Kilne.

Disappointing

Have this pan. Love cooking with it. The problem is the outside finish. It stained only after a few uses and looks like hell. Don't want to use anything abrasive to clean.
